Hospitality perfection
What guests loved:
Everything was perfect, I got upgraded to all inclusive for free. Also, staff exceeded expectations. I was able to use the hotel's charger to charge my EV without cost. Such a huge convenience.

A better than expected week of relaxation and eating.
What guests loved:
The place was beautiful and clean and stylish . The staff were friendly and happy and the food was delicious. The sun beds were very comfy and loved the vibe and background music all day.
Areas for improvement:
the beach area was a bit messy . I think it would be beneficial to make that area a little more loved!

What guests loved:
My stay was very nice! I really recommend it! Excellent service. Food, drinks and facilities were great! Very welcoming staff.
Areas for improvement:
The only complaint was the shower (a bit clogged and not a good water jet) but no big deal, but it was ok even so.
